Способ 1. С помощью VMware Converter путем нехитрых манипуляций получаем виртуальную машину http://www.esx.cx/2011/04/how-to-convert-ms-virtual-pc-vhd-disk.html.
Способ 2. С помощью StarWind V2V Image Converter из формата VHD поучаем VMDK.
